Law Practice
In his civil cases, he has obtained many large verdicts and settlements for his clients in everything from exploding propane tanks and wrongful death actions to multi-vehicle collisions and slip and falls. In his divorce practice, Mr. Caulfield has fought for his clients' rights all the way to the State Supreme Court. His criminal success record ranges from obtaining acquittals for his clients in murder and rape trials through winning dismissals of drug trafficking and DWI charges. He has obtained for his clients the New Hampshire record award for psychic injury.
Attorney Caulfield has lectured in the areas of law, stress, comparative religion and the martial arts and currently teaches courses in business law and corporate ethics for the University of Phoenix Online.
Although his fees are competitive with those of other law firms, Attorney Caulfield pledges to devote all his skill and abilities to each client’s case, whether it be a simple will or a multi-million dollar lawsuit. Attorney Caulfield combines the skill and discipline gained through decades of legal experience and martial arts to guarantee each client fervent and dedicated representation. Attorney Caulfield will always attempt to resolve a controversy on his client’s terms without the necessity of a trial, but if this proves impossible, Attorney Caulfield combines his decades of martial art training with his skill as an attorney, becoming an aggressive and implacable advocate for his client.
Personal Interest: Martial Arts
When not engaged in the practice of law, Mr. Caulfield teaches in his school in Lyndeborough.
